Are you a hungry individual? Looking to turbo boost your career? We are looking for driven, self-motivated, and energetic sales executive to play a key role in a fast-growing startup company. Significant growth opportunity with earning potential of up to RM 700,000 within the next 6 months. You will be responsible for pursuing sales leads through any channel necessary to reach new prospects. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach are a must.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities & Attributes: 
  • Life of the party! Getting creative in mingling with different social groups and pitching DOJO services
  • “Hunter” mentality! Comfortable in approaching potential clients via knocking on doors, meeting people face-to-face, cold calls and cold emails 
  • Responsible for driving sales and account management of all DOJO members 
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding KPIs as well as sales targets
  • Search for prospects and research prospect’s company 
  • Conduct sales tours and pitch DOJO services
  • Strong people skills – understanding what prospects are looking for and what is being sub-communicated
 
Experience and Requirements:
  1. Lives by the sales ethos – always be closing
  2. Flexible hours – responsible for managing personal time
  3. Performance based – earn up to RM 700,000 within the next 6 months 
  4. Go the extra mile – do what it takes mentality to get the job done
  5. Highly energetic with a positive attitude – ability to handle constant rejection without losing enthusiasm 
  6. Strong communication skills – able to effectively communicate in English. Other languages are a definite plus!
