Job Description

This is NOT a Finance or Accounting role.

We’re a boutique creative agency working with global beauty brands.
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-strong fresh grad who brings structure, accuracy, and discipline to fast-moving client work — powered by AI.
This role is about timelines, readiness, coordination, and execution hygiene.

  • Create, manage, and track project timelines across multiple deliverables.
  • Ensure asset readiness — correct versions, formats, naming, and approvals.
  • Coordinate approved ads for media submission, ensuring all materials are final, accurate, and delivered on time for launch.
  • Track approval status and media deadlines so nothing misses cut-off.
  • Proofread content in English & Bahasa before client and media submission.
  • Organise client feedback into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, recaps, and follow-ups.
  • Track task status using tools like Notion, ClickUp, Sheets.
  • Attend shoots — support production days, track deliverables, ensure shotlists and assets are covered.
  • Use AI tools to summarise meetings, organise feedback, build trackers, and improve accuracy.




Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.
  • Highly organised — you like structure, checklists, and control.
  • Detail-focused — you catch mistakes before they go out.
  • Comfortable with operations & coordination, not just ideas.
  • AI-friendly — ChatGPT and similar tools are part of your workflow.
  • Strong in English & Bahasa (written + spoken).
  • Reliable, calm, and responsive in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Comfortable attending shoots and working with creatives, producers, and clients.
