We’re a boutique creative agency working with global beauty brands. We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-strong fresh grad who brings structure, accuracy, and discipline to fast-moving client work — powered by AI. This role is about timelines, readiness, coordination, and execution hygiene.

<li>Create, manage, and track project timelines across multiple deliverables.</li>
<li>Ensure asset readiness — correct versions, formats, naming, and approvals.</li>
<li>Coordinate approved ads for media submission, ensuring all materials are final, accurate, and delivered on time for launch.</li>
<li>Track approval status and media deadlines so nothing misses cut-off.</li>
<li>Proofread content in English &amp; Bahasa before client and media submission.</li>
<li>Organise client feedback into clear, actionable tasks.</li>
<li>Prepare meeting minutes, recaps, and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Track task status using tools like Notion, ClickUp, Sheets.</li>
<li>Attend shoots — support production days, track deliverables, ensure shotlists and assets are covered.</li>
<li>Use AI tools to summarise meetings, organise feedback, build trackers, and improve accuracy. </li>
</ul>
