Are you someone who can talk to clients, understand their business, challenge a brief and turn ideas into action?

We’re looking for an experienced Client Servicing / Account Manager to join our creative agency and work with leading brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own client relationships, lead campaigns and drive the team — not simply follow up on tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow relationships with key clients including L'Oréal Paris, Kiehl's, Maybelline, Garnier Bonuslink, Ali Cafe, YSL and more.
• Lead client meetings and presentations — confidently communicate ideas, give recommendations and drive discussions forward.
• Understand the business behind the brief and turn client challenges into clear, relevant marketing solutions.
• Lead campaigns end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables and multiple stakeholders.
• Work closely with creative, strategy and production teams to turn ideas into high-quality work, while solving issues and keeping projects on track.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts while guiding junior team members and raising the overall quality of client servicing.
  

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing or a creative agency environment.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills — confident leading meetings, presenting ideas and handling difficult conversations.
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding and digital campaigns, with the ability to turn business challenges into actionable solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently from brief to execution.
• Strategic and commercially minded — able to understand client needs and provide clear, practical recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and take ownership when things get challenging.
