Job Description

We’re looking for a Content Producer who can bring creative ideas to life and manage content projects from start to finish. At Dolphin, we create bold and innovative campaigns for brands like L'Oréal Paris, Kiehl's, Maybelline, Maybank, AEON Bank, Ali Cafe, Royal Canin, and more.

You’ll handle everything from receiving the brief, planning and pre-production, to shoot management, client feedback, and final delivery — while staying on top of social media trends and creating content that connects with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take client briefs and translate them into clear content plans and next steps.
• Plan and manage social content projects from start to finish.
• Handle pre-production including shot lists, schedules, call sheets, products, props, talent/KOLs, locations and shoot requirements.
• Manage shoots and coordinate the team on shoot day.
• Manage clients directly on briefs, feedback, approvals and timelines.
• Organise and coordinate content creators, editors, designers and other team members involved in the project.
• Build and manage project timelines across multiple content jobs.
• Understand dependencies — if one deadline or approval changes, immediately identify what else will be affected and revise the timeline accordingly.
• Follow up closely with both internal teams and clients to keep projects moving.
• Review work before client submission and have a strong eye for details, including copy, supers, products, claims, formats, ratios and deliverables.
• Flag potential issues early and come back with solutions, not just problems.

• Able to manage and coordinate different personalities within a creative/content team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Understands social-first content, particularly TikTok, Instagram and Reels.
• Has experience managing content shoots and production.
• Does not function purely as a coordinator or messenger — we need someone who can think, plan and take ownership.

Most important requirement:

We need someone with strong consequence thinking. If one thing changes in a project, they should immediately understand the knock-on effect on the rest of the project and take action accordingly.
