Job Description

At Dolphin, we create bold and innovative advertising campaigns for top brands like L'Oréal Paris, Kiehl's, Maybelline, 3CE, Maybank, AEON Bank, Ali Cafe, Royal Canin, and more. 

We are seeking a Customer Service Support Executive to engage with several beauty brands social pages (Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok).  

This one-year freelance contract role involves managing customer inquiries, swiftly resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The position offers the flexibility of remote work (Work From Home - WFH).

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond and initiate contact with our client brand on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok comments, inbox messages and live chats.
  • Moderate and respond to social media channels per internal community management process guidelines as well as external client social media process guidelines.
  • Update daily comments and report to supervisor/clients.
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
  • Scheduled daily social postings on Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. 

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in social media support, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using social media platforms and customer support tools.
  • Empathy & Patience: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
