We are seeking a Customer Service Support Executive to engage with several beauty brands social pages (Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok).
This one-year freelance contract role involves managing customer inquiries, swiftly resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The position offers the flexibility of remote work (Work From Home - WFH).
Responsibilities
