We’re a boutique creative agency working with global beauty brands.

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented intern who brings structure, accuracy, and discipline to fast-moving client work — powered by AI.

What You'll Do

• Assist in creating, managing, and tracking project timelines across multiple deliverables.
• Assist in ensuring asset readiness — correct versions, formats, naming, and approvals.
• Assist in coordinating approved ads for media submission, ensuring all materials are final, accurate, and delivered on time for launch.
• Assist in tracking approval status and media deadlines so nothing misses cut-off.
• Proofread content in English & Bahasa before client and media submission.
• Organise client feedback into clear, actionable tasks.
• Prepare meeting minutes, recaps, and follow-ups.
• Track task status using tools like Notion, ProofHub, and Google Sheets.
• Attend shoots — support production days, track deliverables, and ensure shot lists and assets are covered.
• Use AI tools to summarise meetings, organise feedback, build trackers, and improve accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Highly organised — you like structure, checklists, and staying organised.
• Detail-focused — you catch mistakes before they go out.
• Comfortable with operations and coordination, not just ideas.
• AI-friendly — familiar with or willing to learn ChatGPT and similar tools.
• Strong in English & Bahasa (written & spoken).
• Reliable, calm, and responsive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Comfortable attending shoots and working with creatives, producers, and clients.
