At Dolphin, we create bold and innovative advertising campaigns for top brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Kiehl’s, Maybelline, Maybank, AEON Bank, Ali Café, Royal Canin, and more.

We’re looking for a Video Editor Internship to join our creative team. This role is for internship students who are passionate about video editing and social media content—especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.

If you enjoy scrolling TikTok, observing trends, and want hands-on experience creating real content for well-known brands, this internship will help you develop your editing skills and build a strong portfolio with real commercial work.

(Yes, guys are welcome too—we value creativity and fresh ideas.)

Responsibilities

• Assist in editing short-form videos (TikTok / Instagram – vertical format).
• Support the content team in creating engaging, on-trend video edits.
• Learn to apply hooks, basic transitions, captions, and pacing to keep videos engaging.
• Follow creative briefs and make revisions based on feedback.
• Help organize project files and exported videos.
• Stay updated with current TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Occasionally assist during campaign periods when needed.

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Interest in TikTok, Reels, and short-form social media content.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve editing skills.
• Good attitude, responsible, and able to work in a team.
• Portfolio or sample edits (personal projects are acceptable).
