• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our beauty brand clients, understanding their marketing goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Develop and manage comprehensive client briefs to effectively communicate project requirements to the creative team.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work that aligns with the brand's vision and meets client objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion within agreed-upon time frames and budgets.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion by collaborating with internal stakeholders and identifying areas where our agency's expertise can provide additional value.
• Apply your marketing knowledge and insights to engage in strategic discussions with clients, addressing their marketing challenges and providing innovative solutions.
• Oversee and review the work delivered by junior team members, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to client briefs, and providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a creative agency, with a focus on beauty or cosmetics brands.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, delivering creative projects within deadlines and budgets, and driving client satisfaction.
• Strong marketing knowledge and ability to understand and address client's marketing challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
