Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to support the company’s financial operations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial documents, and ensuring accuracy in reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and ready to grow in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting transactions, including data entry for invoices, receipts, and payments.
     
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices and payment vouchers in a timely manner.
     
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
     
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, journal entries, and financial reporting.
     
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
     
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and ensure compliance with internal controls.
     
  • Support the preparation of SST submissions, audit schedules, and tax documentation.
     
  • Assist in ad hoc administrative or finance-related tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
     
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting preferred.
     
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount).
     
  • Knowledge of SST regulations and E-Invoicing is an added advantage.
     
  • Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
     
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination across departments.
     
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
