Job Description

• Monitor and identify purchasing needs to support business operations.
   
• Research, evaluate, and compare potential vendors and suppliers.
   
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
   
• Update and maintain accurate purchase and order records.
   
• Review vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, and document agreements properly.
   
• Follow up with suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
   
• Assist with logistics arrangements, including transportation and delivery coordination.
   
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
   

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
   
• Basic understanding of purchasing and procurement processes.
   
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and records.
   
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
   
• Able to commit to 3–6 months internship.
   
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
