Job Description

  • Monitor and identify purchasing requirements based on operational needs.
     
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
     
  • Prepare, process, and update purchase orders, invoices, and delivery records.
     
  • Track shipments, follow up with suppliers, and arrange timely delivery of goods.
     
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
     
  • Maintain and update vendor database, contracts, and documentation.
     
  • Assist in inventory control and stock level monitoring.
     
  • Provide administrative support and perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
     
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
     
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, and inventory management.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
     
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to deal with vendors and suppliers.
     
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
     
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
     
  • Preferably able to start immediately or within short notice.
