Job Description
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving overall branch sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to promote and sell the company’s products.
- Handle and resolve customer issues related to product quality, delivery, or service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Branch Manager with branch operational matters to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Drive the growth of the existing export market and explore new opportunities to expand internationally.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in selling physical goods.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Experience in industrial product sales or FMCG will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
