Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, organizing, assist QS in copy and scanning claim and drawing
  • To provide and arrange stationary for employees
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • To liaise with Site Person or person in charges regarding project order and arrangement.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Equivalent

  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat
