Job Description

• Candidate must able to coordinate site works for one (1) or more construction sites.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Must be good in handling of site administration task, such as Site diary Record, Progress Report, Request for Information, Drawing Interpretation, AUTOCAD,VO Record, Site Measurement & etc.
• Received and check materials quality and quantity delivered to site.
• Verify and get approval on Delivery Order (DO) of materials arrived at site with representative of Main Contractor.
• Verify and get approval on monthly progress claim with Main Contractor before the stipulated dateline.
• Liaison and attend site meetings with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Sub- contractors and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with Clients, Sub-cons, and related parties to ensure all works carried out accordingly to the projects requirement and meet the completion time.
• Responsible to manage materials, machineries, tools, and site equipment effectively.
• Ensure that staf and sub-contractors carry out their work in safety manner.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Certificate/Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering (others) or equivalent
• Candidate with  relevant working experience in the construction industry is added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
• A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.
• Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
• A good team player and communicator.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively  in a team environment. 
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging yet fun environment.
• Preferred candidate can START work immediately.
