Job Description

• Prepare ingredients according to established recipes and procedures.
• Prepare and cook food according to company standards and recipes.
• Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
• Ensure food quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency are maintained.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organised.
• Assist with stock handling, preparation, and other daily kitchen operations.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous F&B, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage.
