Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cashiering and payment transactions.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure orders are served accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other day-to-day outlet operations.
• Support the team to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.

• Previous F&B, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage.
