Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic E-Commerce Project Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee e-commerce projects from planning to execution, work closely with multiple departments and external partners, and ensure seamless online operations that deliver results.

What you will do:

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
   
• Develop project plans and ensure milestones are met across departments.
   
• Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and platform updates.
   

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the main liaison between internal teams (marketing, sales, logistics, finance) and external partners (eCommerce enablers, developers, couriers).
   
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for different stakeholders.
   
• Host regular check-ins or status meetings to ensure alignment.
   

3. Campaign & Promotion Coordination

• Partner with marketing to execute digital campaigns (sales, flash deals, festive launches).
   
• Coordinate promotional setup with marketplaces or enabler teams.
   
• Track timelines, assets, and deadlines to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.
   

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor and oversee e-commerce platform performance.
   
• Build dashboards to track P&L, sales, and operational metrics.
   
• Analyse KPIs (conversion rate, traffic, sales performance, delivery times) and prepare regular reports.
   

5. Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination

• Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
   
• Manage campaign stock planning with warehouses and fulfillment partners.
   
• Troubleshoot issues such as late deliveries, incorrect items, or COD failures.
   

6. Process Optimisation & Documentation

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
   
• Document SOPs, timelines, and best practices for efficient project management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in E-Commerce background with at least 2 years experiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
