JOB DESCRIPTION

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and reliable supply.
• Manage purchase orders based on inventory, sales forecasts, and production needs.
• Review procurement contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and manage supply chain risks.
• Prepare procurement reports and spending analysis for Management.
• Guide junior procurement staff when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement, contract management, and inventory planning.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves regular communication and negotiation with international suppliers, particularly those from China and Vietnam.
