 Airi Berry is a strawberry-focused F&B concept, first of its kind in Malaysia, built around the universe of Airi, our very own strawberry girl. Airi brings together the world of strawberries, Japanese-inspired flavours and fun & modern experiences — from fresh strawberry beverages and frozen yogurt to delicious strawberry daifuku. 

 As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate, energetic and responsible team members to join the Airi Berry family and grow with us. 

 Outlet Supervisor

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service. 
• Lead and support outlet crew to maintain service and product standards. 
• Ensure food & beverages are prepared according to recipes and SOPs. 
• Manage stock, opening/closing duties and basic outlet administration. 
• Handle customer service and resolve operational issues. 
• Support staff scheduling, training and achieving outlet targets. 

Outlet Crew

• Prepare and serve beverages, frozen yogurt and strawberry-based products. 
• Assist with strawberry purée preparation and daifuku making. 
• Take customer orders and handle cashier duties. 
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness and food hygiene. 
• Assist with stock replenishment, opening/closing and daily outlet operations. 
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service. 

Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) 
• 18 years old and above 
• Minimum secondary education / graduated 
• F&B experience is an added advantage 
• Responsible, Friendly and Willing to Learn
•  Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends and public holidays.
