Job Description - Outlet Service Crew for IOI City Mall

 Prepare and serve beverages, desserts, and snacks according to company SOP and quality standards.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, counter, equipment, and dining area at all times.
• Ensure product consistency, quality, presentation, and proper portioning.
• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and daily opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide assistance to enhance the customer experience.
• Comply with all safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Support teammates and contribute to smooth outlet operations during busy periods.
• Promote company products, promotions, and brand values to customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Management.
