Job Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts.
• Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable with reports from Outlets' accounting system records.
• Ensure bank statements are properly reconciled on a monthly basis.
• Ensure all Accounts Payable are accurately maintained.
• Maintain proper accounting records including documentation control.
• Prepare management and financial reports as required
• Review of daily accounting entry and responsible for operational expense control & reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (taxation, audit, e-invoicing, etc) and prepare relevant and timely reports
• Organize work schedules and set priorities to meet monthly reporting deadlines;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows and implement best practices;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Possess at least three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and proficient in spreadsheet
• Knowledge of AutoCount or similar accounting software is preferred.
• Exposure in retail environment is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and possess problem solving skills.
• A fast learner, reliable, initiative and committed.
• Meticulous, organised and possess good analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
