<li>Responsible for the day-to-day AP operation for the group including receive, process payment and verify invoices and follow-up on issues / problems arise.</li>
<li>To check all payment due, verifying of payment requisition and supporting documents. </li>
<li>Ensure the authenticity and adequacy of the relevant supporting documents before payment are made and paid per due dates without complaints. </li>
<li>Process payment request submissions, including assigning appropriate GL &amp; tax codes.</li>
<li>Work with Finance Manager to ensure that there is adequate fund for payments to vendors, service providers, partners and staff. </li>
<li>Response to any enquiries, confirmation about invoice, supporting document payment from staff and vendor. </li>
<li>Filing and maintaining supplier records.</li>
<li>To perform supplier statement of account reconciliation and to address disputes &amp; outstanding variances.</li>
<li>Review and ensure company policies and procedures are appropriate, effective, efficient and being adhered to pertaining to accounts payable.</li>
