Key Responsibilities:

<li>Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.</li>
<li>Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.</li>
<li>Build rapport with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and tailor your pitch accordingly.</li>
<li>Deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections to convert leads into customers.</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of all interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain a comprehensive database.</li>
<li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.</li>
<li>Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not committed.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.</li>
