Job Requirements
Requirements and Skills required:
1) Prior experience in Chinese or Dim Sum restaurant operations (non-halal) is highly preferred with 5 years of experience.
2) Strong understanding of SOPs, kitchen workflows, and traditional Chinese dining service.
3) Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and restaurant performance tracking.
4) Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and reporting tools.
