Job Description

  • Schedule and arrange patient appointments (new & follow-up)
  • Follow up with patients and send reminders and ensure timely submission of required data
  • Collect patients’ data and organise data for doctor and dietitian review
  • Handle basic operational tasks and support ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth workflow

Job Requirements

  • SPM or diploma or degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Good communication skills (Prefer Mandarin Speaker, can read and write in English)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Able to follow structured workflows and templates
