Key Responsibilities:

The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing grouting projects. This position involves managing project execution, ensuring quality workmanship, and overseeing the team of workers involved in grouting projects.

Project Implementation:

Supervise and oversee the execution of all tile grouting projects.

Ensure project plans, timelines are met with high quality standards.

Team Management:

Manage and lead a team of workers involved in grouting projects.

Provide guidance, instructions, and support to ensure efficient project execution.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Implement measures to maintain and improve project quality.

Resource Coordination:

Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment required for grouting projects.

Ensure enough resources for project completion.

Client Interaction:

Liaise with clients to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Communicate project progress, updates, and any issues to management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in construction, project implementation, or similar roles is advantageous.
• Good leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attitude and willingness to grow with the company
• Min 1-2 years of working experience
• Min SPM Malaysia 
• Possess Valid driving license and clean driving record
• Strictly only for Malaysian citizen / Permanent resident
