Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing grouting projects. This position involves managing project execution, ensuring quality workmanship, and overseeing the team of workers involved in grouting projects.
Project Implementation:
- Supervise and oversee the execution of all tile grouting projects.
- Ensure project plans, timelines are met with high quality standards.
Team Management:
- Manage and lead a team of workers involved in grouting projects.
- Provide guidance, instructions, and support to ensure efficient project execution.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Implement measures to maintain and improve project quality.
Resource Coordination:
- Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment required for grouting projects.
- Ensure enough resources for project completion.
Client Interaction:
- Liaise with clients to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and any issues to management.
Job Requirements
- Experience in construction, project implementation, or similar roles is advantageous.
- Good leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attitude and willingness to grow with the company
- Min 1-2 years of working experience
- Min SPM Malaysia
- Possess Valid driving license and clean driving record
- Strictly only for Malaysian citizen / Permanent resident
