Retail Sales Assistant – Drone & Camera

Join our team at Drone Care Shah Alam! We are looking for someone who is passionate about cameras, drones, photography, videography and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with enquiries and recommend suitable products. 
• Explain and demonstrate cameras, drones, accessories and other tech products. 
• Handle retail sales and provide good customer service. 
• Assist with daily store operations, product displays and stock arrangement. 
• Maintain a clean and organised retail environment. 
• Learn about new products, features and technology. 
• Assist with basic social media content, photos and videos when required. 
• Work together with the team to achieve store sales targets. 
• Perform other store-related duties when required. 

Working Location:
Drone Care Shah Alam
No. 2-1, 1st Floor, Jalan Makmur 25/64, Taman Sri Muda, Seksyen 25, 40400 Shah Alam, Selangor.

Working Hours:
Tuesday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday & Public Holidays: Closed

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• No previous experience required; training will be provided. 
• Willing to learn about cameras, drones and technology products. 
• Interest in photography and videography is an advantage. 
• Friendly, responsible and positive attitude. 
• Good communication and customer service skills. 
• Comfortable communicating with customers face-to-face. 
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team. 
• Basic knowledge of social media and content creation is an advantage. 
• Able to work on weekends. 
• Applicants with retail or sales experience will have an added advantage.
