Job Description

The Brands Engagement team is a highly consultative group that manages relationships with and is responsible for the growth and retention of Dropee’s large and fast growing clients. As a Brands Engagement Associate, you’ll identify opportunities for our clients to get the most out of Dropee by quickly understanding our clients’ needs, managing upsell and renewal opportunities, and driving end-to-end campaigns to increase adoption of Dropee's offering. We’re looking for a well-rounded strategic operator who can both build strong relationships with Dropee’s clients and manage projects to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies for driving product adoption and client retention at scale among existing Dropee customers.
  2. Solve complex client needs and work across product, sales, risk and operations teams to improve our existing SOPs and overall user experience of our product.
  3. Manage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations with our clients.
  4. Retain and increase revenue and market share with existing accounts.


Job Requirements

Job requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a rapidly growing organization, preferably in eCommerce / logistics / payments / retail trade industry
  2. Ability to understand the Dropee API and build great relationships with technical customers
  3. Analytical ability to manage complex pricing and cost considerations
  4. Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams
  5. A knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
  6. Motivation and flexibility to adapt in an environment where things change quickly
  7. Superior verbal and written communication skills
  8. Fluency in English plus an additional language (i.e. either Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese language skills) are a must-have.
