At Drury Heritage, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in managing day-to-day office functions, documentation, and operational logistics — all while staying flexible to support cafe operations during peak periods or special events. From vendor coordination to audit folders, from onboarding documents to inspection prep, this role ensures everything runs smoothly — both on paper and on the floor.
🪴 Role Summary
As Administrative Assistant, you are the operational anchor for both the Operations Lead and Café Manager. Your responsibilities span across HR documentation, regulatory tracking, licensing renewals, uniform and roster management, supplier coordination, and petty cash handling.
This is a high-trust, hands-on role that demands attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage concurrent administrative priorities. While your core focus is back-office, you’re expected to step in on the café floor when needed — contributing to inspection prep, inventory organization, and ensuring the café remains audit-ready and guest-ready at all times.

Experience : 1–2 years admin or operations support experience (F&B industry a bonus)
Skills : Words, Power-point, Excel, Google Sheets, POS systems (basic)
Personal Traits : Self-starter, highly organized, calm under pressure, high integrity, reliable follow-through.
Languages : Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Cantonese and foreign language is an advantage.
Staff are eligible for basic medical support and clinic visit coverage.
