🪴 Role Summary

As a Service Crew member, you are part of the frontline team responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organised, and guest-ready cafe environment.

This is a hands-on role where teamwork, attentiveness, and responsibility matter. You support service flow during peak and non-peak hours, assist other stations when required, and ensure guests feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable at all times.

💼 Key Responsibilities

🍽️ Hands-On Service Delivery

•  Take and serve orders with care, clarity, and a friendly attitude
•  Assist with food preparation, drink support, or tray assembly as needed
•  Engage with guests to promote menu items and retail products
•  Clear tables and reset dining setups promptly and thoroughly

📋 Cleanliness, Compliance & Flow

•  Maintain a clean and tidy cafe environment including tables, floors, toilets, and counters
•  Perform routine hygiene checks and cleaning rounds accordingly to SOP
•  Monitor ambient conditions — lighting, temperature, scent, and music levels
•  Ensure condiments, cutlery, takeaway packaging, and trays are always restocked

🛠️ Operational Backup & Compliance

•  Support barista, cashier, and kitchen teams during busy periods or events
•  Assist in DBKL, Health Dept, and food safety SOP compliance and inspection readiness
•  Flag maintenance, hygiene, or guest concerns to the supervisor immediately

🛍️ Cafe & Crew Support

•  Restock trays, cutlery, napkins, takeaway items
•  Support barista, kitchen, or cashier team as needed
•  Work closely with team to help each other across tasks

Job Requirements

 🧰 Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Prior F&B preferred. Passion and can do attitude.
Service: Friendly, calm under pressure, attentive to guests
Compliance: Clean, food-safe work habits; knowledge of food safety SOPs
Technical Proficiency: Able to use with POS systems, inventory logs
Personal Traits: Self-starter, highly organized, calm under pressure, high integrity, reliable follow-through.
Hygiene & Grooming: High personal cleanliness, clean uniform, neat appearance
Teamwork: Willing to back up teammates and support across zones
Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Cantonese and foreign language is an advantage.
