Job Summary

We are seeking caring, professional, and service-oriented Nurses and Clinic Assistants to join our growing healthcare team. You will play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care by supporting doctors during consultations and medical procedures, coordinating patient journeys, and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Support

- Perform blood collection (phlebotomy) safely and professionally.

- Perform IV cannulation and assist with IV nutritional drips and other IV therapies.

- Assist doctors in consultations, examinations, health screenings, and medical procedures.

- Provide professional nursing care before, during, and after medical and wellness treatments.

- Monitor patients' condition and ensure comfort, safety, and quality care throughout their visit.

- Prepare treatment rooms, medical equipment, and consumables for daily clinical operations.

Clinic Operations

- Coordinate appointments, patient flow, treatment schedules, and follow-up care.

- Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation using the Clinic Management System (CMS).

- Ensure all medical equipment, treatment rooms, and supplies are clean, sterile, organised, and well maintained.

- Maintain inventory and coordinate stock replenishment when necessary.

Patient Experience

- Build positive relationships with patients by delivering professional, friendly, and personalised service.

- Educate patients on treatment plans, health management, and wellness practices.

- Handle patient enquiries and concerns professionally while ensuring a positive healthcare experience.

Administrative & Business Support

- Support panel management and assist in coordinating corporate healthcare programmes.

- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, SOPs, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Assist Centre Manager and doctors with administrative and operational duties when required.

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare or a related field.

- Registered Nurse with a valid APC is an added advantage.

- Clinic Assistants with relevant healthcare experience are encouraged to apply.

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospitals, medical centres, specialist clinics, wellness centres, or primary care clinics is preferred.

- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering quality healthcare.

- Well-groomed, responsible, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.

- Able to follow instructions accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
