Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Finance & HR Executive to manage the human resource and financial operations of the company. This position is ideal for an organized, self-sufficient individual capable of handling daily HR functions while ensuring precision in financial documentation, timely reporting, and adherence to Malaysian statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

  • Manage the complete set of accounts, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, payment collection, and accounts aging reports.
  • Process supplier invoices, payment requests, and schedule payments.
  • Conduct reconciliations for banks, suppliers, and customers.
  • Support month-end closing activities, journal entries, and financial documentation.
  • Generate management reports, basic financial schedules, and monitor cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, SST, and relevant Malaysian statutory regulations.
  • Assist in audit preparations and communicate with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, filing systems, and internal control procedures.

Human Resources

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation to facilitate efficient HR operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records, HR files, attendance logs, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate payroll processing for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory obligations.
  • Enhance employee relations, ensure HR compliance, and support the application of company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes and overall HR administration.

Job Requirements

  1. Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or similar administrative positions.
  3. Capable of managing HR and finance tasks autonomously.
  4. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; familiarity with Xero is advantageous.
  5. Solid knowledge of Malaysian HR, payroll, and legal regulations.
  6. Meticulous with a high degree of accuracy in data management and documentation.
  7. Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
  8. Professional, organized, responsible, and capable of working independently.
