Our products protect sensitive electronics, semiconductors, optics, medical instruments, and heritage collections across Malaysia and the region.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and technically curious Sales Executive to grow our B2B customer base across the Klang Valley and beyond. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and position Drybox as the go-to solution provider for humidity-sensitive storage needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business accounts across target industries including electronics manufacturing, medical devices, photography, laboratories, and archival/museum sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and product demonstration to proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Conduct on-site visits to understand client requirements and recommend suitable dry cabinet configurations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement, engineering, and facilities teams
  • Work with the dealer network to support reseller partners across Malaysia
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking sessions to generate leads and raise brand awareness
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management
  • Collaborate with the Singapore HQ team on product availability, pricing, and fulfilment

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience; experience in industrial equipment, electronics, or scientific instruments is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation when required
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting
