  Ecommerce Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Mainland Penang | Full-Time | On-site

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Executive to manage daily online sales operations and support marketing activities across multiple platforms.

What You Will Do

- Manage product listings, pricing, and stock across ecommerce platforms

- Execute campaigns such as Flash Sales, 11.11, 12.12, and other promotions

- Set up vouchers, bundles, and promotional pricing

- Monitor and optimize product performance (traffic, conversion, sales)

- Manage and track online ads performance

- Coordinate with team to improve product images and listings

- Handle customer inquiries and maintain good ratings

- Ensure smooth daily order processing and operations

Requirements

- 1–3 years experience in ecommerce or online sales

- Familiar with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar

- Able to handle high order volume and fast-paced environment

- Basic understanding of ads, promotions, and ecommerce operations

- Strong attention to detail and execution skills

Good to Have

- Experience managing multi-platform ecommerce stores

- Experience handling major campaign days (11.11, 12.12, etc.)

- Basic Excel or reporting skills

Salary & Benefits

- RM 2,800 – RM 4,500 (based on experience)

- Full-time

- 5 or 5.5 days per week
