Business Development Executive
(Salary Range: RM3500 to RM4000)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will at least 3 years of experience and will be responsible for providing administrative and business support to the Executive Director, as well as assisting with key business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Assist with key business activities, such as business development, marketing, and project management.
- Conduct research and analyse data to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Manage and maintain records, databases, and other systems.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and other stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Able to speak in Mandarin will have added advantage).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of business development, marketing, and project management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
