Job Description

The Technical Production Crew is responsible for the setup/dismantle and operationvof event production equipment, including audio systems, lighting , visual/LED display systems, staging equipment, and related technical components. This role ensures all technical elements run smoothly before, during, and after events, delivering a high-quality experience for clients and audiences.

Event Setup & Operation

• Set up and configure audio systems (mixers, microphones, speakers, processors) according to event requirements.
• Install, test, and operate lighting systems including LED fixtures, moving heads, dimmers, and control consoles.
• Set up and manage visual systems such as projectors, LED screens, video switchers, media servers, and playback devices.
• Conduct thorough pre-event soundchecks, lighting tests, and visual runs to ensure everything is functioning properly.
• Operate equipment during live events, ensuring seamless transitions and high production quality.
   

Equipment Management

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues promptly during events.
• Manage inventory of all equipment , cables, accessories, and spare parts.
• Ensure proper packing, labelling, transportation, and storage of equipment after events.
   

On-Site Coordination

• Work closely with the event manager, production crew, performers, and venue teams to meet event requirements.
• Follow production schedules, run sheets, and cue lists.
• Provide technical support and professional guidance during rehearsals and event operations.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in event production, AV operations, or technical stage management.
• Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, and visual systems (e.g., mixers, DMX consoles, video switchers).
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to handle equipment setup (lifting, rigging, cabling).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and event-based schedules.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
