Job Description

Customer Service

Main Purpose:
To support the Customer Service team by handling customer inquiries, preparing and managing documentation, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination between internal departments and external clients to maintain smooth logistics operations. 

Internship Period: 2 to 6 months 


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in any related field. 
  •  Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) 
  •  asic computer literacy — familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
