Digital Content Creator (Intern)

📍 Location: Icon City, Petaling Jaya (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office, rest WFH)
💰 Allowance: RM600–800/month (based on skill level)
🗓 Start Date: Anytime

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative storyteller who lives and breathes digital trends. As our Digital Content Creator intern, you’ll get hands-on experience turning ideas into engaging content that connects with real audiences.

You’ll mainly create for Instagram, TikTok (and bonus if you’re familiar with Xiaohongshu/XHS), while learning how to manage content calendars, track performance, and even collaborate with influencers/KOLs.

What You’ll Do

• Brainstorm and create content (Reels, TikToks, posts, blogs, etc.) for our brand and client projects
   
• Capture and edit photos & videos with your own unique style
   
• Write catchy captions, scripts, and short-form copy that drive engagement
   
• Assist in planning content calendars and campaign ideas
   
• Liaise with KOLs/influencers for collaborations and follow-ups
   
• Stay on top of social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
   
• Track content performance and share insights for improvement
   

What We’re Looking For

• Someone active on Instagram, TikTok (XHS literacy is a plus) with an eye for what goes viral
   
• Skilled in basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
   
• Confident in shooting with a phone or camera (bonus if you have your own gear)
   
• Strong writing skills in English. (Malay/Chinese proficiency a plus)
   
• A creative thinker who loves experimenting with new ideas
   
• Proactive, independent, and eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Currently studying diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or other related field
   
• Hands-on experience with shooting/editing short videos (CapCut, VN, InShot, or Premiere Pro)
   
• Confident with mobile photography, framing, and lighting
   
• Familiar with writing captions and structuring social media content
   
• Active on TikTok, Instagram, XHS (is a plus) and social trends
   
• Bonus: Experience liaising with KOLs or influencers
   
• Bonus: Understanding of platform algorithms or what makes content perform
