Internship Allowance: RM700–900/month (based on skill level)

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and hands-on Content Creator Intern who lives and breathes social media. If you love creating engaging Reels, shooting aesthetic content, writing captions that hit, and staying ahead of what's trending — this role is for you.
You'll work closely with our creative team to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish content across various platforms, mainly Instagram and TikTok. You’ll also gain real experience managing content calendars, liaising with KOLs, and crafting posts that align with brand goals and platform algorithms.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, product features)
- Capture and retouch product/lifestyle photos for digital use
- Write social-first copy for captions, hooks, and call-to-actions
- Schedule posts across platforms and manage basic content calendars
- Stay on top of social trends, sounds, and viral formats
- Help brainstorm content ideas and storyboard with creative direction
- Liaise with influencers/KOLs for collaborations, briefings, and follow-ups
- Track post performance and share insights for improvement

Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field
- Hands-on experience with shooting/editing short videos (CapCut, VN, InShot, or Premiere Pro)
- Confident with mobile photography, framing, and lighting
- Familiar with writing captions and structuring social media content
- Active on TikTok, Instagram, XHS (is a plus) and social trends
- Bonus: Experience liaising with KOLs or influencers
- Bonus: Understanding of platform algorithms or what makes content perform
