Job Description

  • Responsibilites & Duties
    • Responsible to provide direction, leadership and to ensure compliance and adherence to current regulatory requirement (GMP, GDPMD, GDP, EU, HALAL & ISO).
    • Responsible to manage and involve in day to day operations of CRM and FG Warehouse with the aim to process customer orders to meet the On Time In Full (OTIF) target set.
    • Constantly analyze and review processes with the aim to increase overall productivity and efficiency while keeping cost at minimum.
    • Review, analyze and recommend projects to Senior Management and to lead the development and implementation of the approved projects within specified timeline
    • Responsible to provide leadership, strategic direction and guidance to the team in crucial decision-making events
    • Responsible for setting up policies & guidelines for safety & health measures of all staff. Also, constantly review processes and risk register to ensure minimal risk in the department
    • Responsible to constantly review vendor performances by setting KPIs and regular meetings to ensure market competitiveness of their product and services. Initiate negotiation whenever necessary in terms of service and cost based on market competitiveness
    • To ensure customer queries and complaints are handled promptly, documented and resolution or feedback are channeled back to customers. Also, lead company’s voice of customer survey on an annual basis, analyze and address their comments as needed and present final results to management.
    • Responsible to ensure compliance for audits by both state and federal enforcement pharmacy involving psychotropic and controlled items where the practice should be in accordance to Poison Act 1952 and Dangerous Drug Act 1952 
    • Responsible to review and approve customer purchase orders, new accounts opening as well as manage and ensure transfers related to Psychotropic & Controlled Items are carried in accordance to the regulatory requirement.
  • Job Specification
    • Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy is a must.
    • Minimum of 8 years experience in pharmaceutical industry or related working experience
    • Possess wide knowledge in SAP from managing inventories, generating internal and regulatory reports. 
    • Hands on experience in quota and e-permit applications of Dangerous Drugs, Psychotropic and Controlled Items.
    • Possess good Microsoft Excel and Power Point knowledge and excellent presentation skills.
    • Possess knowledge on Warehouse Temperature & Relative Humidity Monitoring-Synergy software and customer service software.
