Job Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for achieving the assigned territory CHC sales, collection and marketing objectives within the company’s procedures and policies.
2. To maintain a close relationship with all the assigned customers with the objective of improving and increasing the sales.
3. To ensure effective coverage of the assigned distributors and wholesalers.
4. To ensure selling of the assigned range of company product as outlined int he sales budget.
5. To plan, liaise, influence and coordinate with Distributor Salesman to sell the assigned range of company products.
6. To follow closely the marketing plans of action to gain maximum returns from company’s trade deals and promotions.
7. To ensure all due and overdue accounts are collected on a timely basis.
8. To report on organisational structure, developments and changes of competitors.
9. Monthly meeting and field work visiting Distributors General team.
10. To report on competitors activities by providing information on sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/STPM preferably with science background.
• At least 1 (one) year experience in similar position in a pharmaceutical/health industry.
• Selling skills
• Computer Literate
• Problem solving skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Leader ship qualities
