Job Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES <ol class="wp-block-list"> <li>Responsible for achieving the assigned territory CHC sales, collection and marketing objectives within the company’s procedures and policies.</li> <li>To maintain a close relationship with all the assigned customers with the objective of improving and increasing the sales.</li> <li>To ensure effective coverage of the assigned distributors and wholesalers.</li> <li>To ensure selling of the assigned range of company product as outlined int he sales budget.</li> <li>To plan, liaise, influence and coordinate with Distributor Salesman to sell the assigned range of company products.</li> <li>To follow closely the marketing plans of action to gain maximum returns from company’s trade deals and promotions.</li> <li>To ensure all due and overdue accounts are collected on a timely basis.</li> <li>To report on organisational structure, developments and changes of competitors.</li> <li>Monthly meeting and field work visiting Distributors General team.</li> <li>To report on competitors activities by providing information on sales strategies.</li> </ol> Requirements: <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Minimum SPM/STPM preferably with science background.</li> <li>At least 1 (one) year experience in similar position in a pharmaceutical/health industry.</li> <li>Selling skills</li> <li>Computer Literate</li> <li>Problem solving skills</li> <li>Interpersonal skills</li> <li>Leader ship qualities</li> </ul>
