Job Description

 We are looking for friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Retail Assistants to join our durian retail team. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a pleasant and memorable experience while maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of the outlet.

• Customer Service:Greet customers warmly, assist in product selection, and provide information on durian varieties and promotions. Provide product testers and sampling in a friendly, engaging manner to attract customers, create interest, and drive sales.
• Sales Support: Handle sales transactions accurately, operate the POS system, and ensure proper cash handling.
• Product Handling: Assist in unpacking, arranging, and displaying durians and other products to maintain freshness and attractiveness.
• Store Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, counters, and equipment at all times.
• Stock Management: Support in receiving, checking, and organizing stock; inform the supervisor of low or damaged items.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the supervisor and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
• Customer Feedback: Listen and report customer feedback or complaints to the supervisor for improvement.
• Brand Representation: Uphold company image by following grooming standards and delivering friendly, professional service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or customer service.
• Friendly, polite, and passionate about customer service.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays.
• Interest in durian or F&B industry is a plus!
