Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Retail Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our durian retail outlet. This role ensures smooth store operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards. The Retail Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the Retail Manager and leading the frontline team to deliver an exceptional durian retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, cleanliness, product display, and cash handling.
• Team Supervision: Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets, maintain service quality, and ensure teamwork.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, resolve issues professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales & Performance: Monitor sales performance, track daily targets, and support the team in achieving store goals.
• Product & Inventory Management: Ensure product quality, manage stock levels, coordinate with warehouse or supply chain teams for replenishment, and minimize wastage.
• SOP & Compliance: Ensure all company policies, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.
• Training & Development: Guide and train new staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service standards.
• Reporting: Prepare basic daily sales and inventory reports, and update the Retail Manager on store performance and issues.
• Store Promotion: Support in-store marketing activities and seasonal campaigns to attract customers and boost sales.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Business, Retail, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of retail experience, preferably in F&B or fresh produce industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle operational challenges.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
• Passionate about delivering a high-quality durian retail experience.
