Job Description

• Welcome and guide customers, ensuring a pleasant experience from entry to dining area.
   
• Assist customers with beverage ordering and serve drinks promptly.
   
• Promote and explain company products clearly to encourage sales.
   
• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
   
• Provide responsive customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
   
• Support overall store operations, including assisting at the collection counter.
   
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and adherence to company service standards.
   
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
   
• Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an advantage (training provided for fresh graduates).
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
   
• Must be fluent in Mandarin; ability to speak English or other languages is an added advantage.
   
• Basic numeracy skills for cashiering.
   
• Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
   
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
