Job Description
- Assist in managing and growing social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Write captions, brainstorm content ideas, and stay on top of trending topics.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports and insights.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
- Support content shoots, video editing, and creative production when needed.
- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for content growth.
- Assist the team with campaign planning and day-to-day marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media trends.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
