- Plan weekly content calendars for TikTok, XHS and Instagram
- Develop platform-specific content ideas that suit each audience
- Write engaging captions and copy in the appropriate tone for each platform
- Create basic social media visuals using Canva
- Keep up with the latest TikTok, XHS and Instagram trends
- Coordinate content production, approvals and posting schedules
- Schedule and publish content across all three platforms
- Work closely with creators, video editors, and the internal team
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation is preferred
- Familiar with TikTok, XHS and Instagram, including their content formats, trends and audiences
- Able to plan content strategically and adapt ideas for different platforms
- Basic Canva design skills are required
- Strong writing and communication skills, humour is a bonus
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (basic)
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred, as the role involves planning and writing XHS content
- Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Experience in an agency environment is an added advantage
