Key Responsibilities: • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination. • Handle courier service, correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries. • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements. • Support HR teams with administrative tasks. • Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures and labour laws • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies in the workplace. • Handle general office upkeep, including maintenance and facility management. • Manage the security and safety matters. • Assist in audits and compliance reporting. • To take on additional responsibilities/tasks and carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
