Job Description
• To ensure all drawings requested by HOD / user generated and submit within relevant times given. • To take measuring on site and translate into drawings. • To assist HOD in order to prepare documentation, basic Bill of Quantity (BQ), reports, proposal, official / unofficial letter and ohers relevant task within scope of work. • To assist HOD in liaising with internal department, consultant and Local Council in order to gather the information needed. • To supervise and monitor the progress of the construction that has been assigned by HOD or requested by user.
Job Requirements
1. Possesses at least a Diploma in Architecture or C&S Engineering or Town and Regional Planning, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized institution. 2. Knowledgeable and moderate in using CAD and Open Office software with minimum supervision. 3. Knowledgable of the Government Act such as UBBL, Akta 171&172, Kanun Tanah Negara, and others related Act. 4. Able to extract information from drawing and generate / produce Bill of Quantity. 5. Experience (minimum 1 year) in the construction industry shall be an added advantage.
