• Process payments in a timely and accurate manner • Perform monthly bank reconciliation • Prepare and maintain creditor ageing reports • Maintain and track expense records • Analyze accruals and prepayment accounts • Follow up on pending or outstanding documents • Proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents • Assist in stock take exercises and audit activities • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Minimum Diploma qualification in Accounting or related field • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage • Willing to learn and adapt to a dynamic working environment • Responsible, committed, and able to work independently • Good communication skills • Ability to read and write in English and Malay.
