Job Description
1. Membantu supervisor mengurus dan mengendalikan benih pokok, semaian dan anak pokok 2. Mengawal selia pekerja kontrak dan kontraktor dalam memastikan kerja-kerja yang dijalankan mengikut spesifikasi, jadual yang ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan ladang 3. Menyelia anak benih dan anak pokok supaya sentiasa dalam keadaan sihat 4. Memberikan cadangan pembaikan anak pokok dan tanaman 5. Membantu dan memastikan pokok dalam keadaan sihat dan elakkan kehilangan atau kerugian syarikat 6. Mengemaskini stok kad : anak benih, anak pokok, baja dan alatan terlibat
Job Requirements
1. Menduduki PMR atau SPM 2. Boleh berkomunikasi dalam bahasa melayu, menulis dan membaca 3. Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam aktiviti pertanian di maana-mana ladang atau kebun
