Job Description
Security / Bodyguard Duties • Provide personal protection and ensure the safety of the assigned executive at all times. • Assess potential security risks and remain alert to suspicious activities or threats. • Conduct security checks on locations, vehicles, and travel routes prior to movement. • Ensure confidentiality of the executive’s schedule, movements, and personal information. • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security incidents. Supervisory Duties • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of bodyguard personnel. • Plan and assign security coverage schedules to ensure continuous protection. • Monitor the performance and discipline of the security team. • Provide guidance, training, and support to bodyguards to ensure compliance with security procedures. • Prepare security reports and inform management of any incidents or potential risks. • Coordinate with internal security teams, drivers, and external authorities when necessary.
Job Requirements
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. • Possess a valid driving license (Class D); Class B2 license is an advantage. • At least 5 years of experience in personal security, executive protection, or bodyguard services, with supervisory experience preferred. • Good knowledge of security procedures, risk assessment, and protective operations. • Good knowledge of roads and travel routes in Penang and surrounding areas. • Physically fit, alert, and capable of handling security situations effectively. • Responsible, trustworthy, disciplined, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
